In Ihawk we strive to not only educate our students for getting ready for college and what careers they might want but to also to mold them into young leaders, but to get them ready for the real world we have our students complete volunteer hours it helps them be able to learn what its like to help around the community. We also get out and connect to the community with having different types of fundraisers. We also have the students intern at  buisnesses that they would one day like work at, but it helps them get the job experience they need at such a young age, but we start this in Ihawk 3.
